I hope the summer is treating you well, Reader. I'm doing my best to stay cool. And I'll be turning 40 in less than a week; I can't tell you how stoked I am. Yes. Stoked. I'm pretty sure my forties are gonna love me so hard! But that's not why I'm writing to you today. :)
I'm writing to let you know: I've decided to open my regular books to accommodate pay-what-you-can sessions. All days and all times. WHY? Because limited resources have kept me from support far too many times, and I'm doing what I can to make sure that doesn't happen to the magnificent humans for whom I live and breathe to love.
(That means you)
PRETTY PLEASE try not to overthink this opportunity.
Perhaps you've been brainwashed (like me) into thinking that there is something wrong with needing financial assistance. Because abundance. Because manifestation. Because tribal shaming onslaught.
Perhaps you've been taught (like me) that more expensive is better.
Or that if you can't afford it, you must not *really* need it...
Or... or... or... and the list goes on and on.
Well, my dear heart... are you paying attention?...
There is nothing wrong with you.
A higher price tag doesn't equate value.
And your humanity guarantees that you will need support from time to time.
Why in the hell should money be the one resource that keeps you from your bliss? It shouldn't be.
Book a session. No need for shame or suspicion or hesitation of any kind. You don't need to take care of me and how I budget my time (that's my job). I am 100% comfortable offering this, so please be comfortable receiving a discount should you honestly need it.
To be clear: this is *not* charity. I feel no sense of sacrifice in this offering.
Pay What You Can program offers an *accelerated sliding scale* for those of you for whom funds are tight.)
It is instead a gift to me (and you) when you allow me to support in a way that feels good to us BOTH.
Regular sliding scale: $95 to $120 per hour (via phone, Skype, or in person)
PWYC sliding scale: $45 to $85 per hour (via phone; in-person sessions can be negotiated)
YES. It's that simple. And I'm trusting you to choose what is both safe and honorable given your present financial circumstances. No questions asked. And of course, regular sliding scale sessions are also available. All support is of equal honor and value.
Questions, comments, or general life updates are ALWAYS more than welcome!
❤ ~ Candice
